www.getBJJsponsorship.com – Upgrade your passion from a pastime to a profession. || Judo and BJJ are different expressions of the same philosophy: the use of efficiency over power, technique over strength, and leverage over brute force. Alex Davis explains how and why a jiu-jitsu practitioner should look to integrate judo into his training. But while they came from the same source, judo and BJJ are now very different. That doesn't mean that a grappler can't learn from both simultaneously though. This video was made possible due to the help of Connection Rio. Alex runs training camps on his farm just outside Rio de Janeiro. Situated in beautiful virgin atlantic rainforest, he offers training in both judo and jiu-jitsu to travellers looking to combine a trip to the stunning mountains with the opportunity to train in truly unique location.
